Plot

Serial killers have roamed the earth since mankind first arrived. They shape shift and viciously kill unsuspected victims, then feeds off the terror and folklore they leave in its wake. The Zodiac Killer, John Wayne Gacy Jr., Andrew Cunanan and now Jacquilynn the Ripper, who has just arrived in present day Atlanta to create her own brand of horror and mayhem!
