Plot
Quit the channel surfing and tune in to TMNT-TV, a totally tubular turtle music video phenomenon. The Turtles take a break from crime fighting to turn New York's Central Park into their own private TV studio, rounding up their friends and singing some of their favorite tunes even you non-amphibians might know.
