Plot
Chieri, who has never had romantic feelings for anyone and has no romantic experience, always feels lonely and out of place. Not only does she struggle with interpersonal relationships with close friends like Yuki, but she also finds it difficult to empathize with the characters in romantic movies, and is unable to respond well to the affections of her close male friend, Saito. One day, Chieri meets Shoya, a man who, like her, has no romantic feelings. The two hit it off and rejoice that they are not alone.
