She debuted in South Korea in July 2022 as a member of the acclaimed K-pop girl group NewJeans under ADOR. Hanni achieved widespread global popularity as a vocalist and performer, contributing as a lyricist to major hit tracks including Hype Boy (2022) and OMG (2023). Prior to her official debut, she appeared in the music video for BTS's Permission to Dance (2021).
