Plot

Luo Chang’an, a modern engineering prodigy, is reborn as a magistrate in the war-torn Jiuzhang County of ancient Anguo and uses unconventional economic strategies to rebuild it into a prosperous settlement, eventually drawing attention from the imperial court and rising into political influence beyond local governance.
